Highly qualified specialists work in the Analytical Department of Baring Vostok Capital Partners. They are responsible for the research and analysis of potential projects. They evaluate the financial health of the company and provide recommendations for investments. In addition, they assist companies under Baring Vostok’s management in conducting sector and market-specific research. Applying strict selection criteria, Baring Vostok’s analysts have reviewed approximately 1,900 projects, of which 50 eventually became portfolio companies. The Analytical Department is headed by Baring Vostok partner Andrey Costyashkin, who previously worked as Director of the Research Department for investment company Alfa Capital, and it includes financial analysts Ekaterina Durbovskaya and Daniil Pyzhlakov.
