Yulia Voytyuk
|
joined Baring Vostok Capital Partners in 2007 from “Evolution”, a company of diversified Russian holdings (including FK Uralsib and ‘Kopeika” Trade House), where she was head of the HR department. Prior to that Yulia was an Advisor to the Chairman of the Board of OAO Uralsib on strategic development of Human Capital. Before joining Uralsib, she worked for ten years at ABN AMRO Bank A.O. as HR Director and member of the Managing Board. Yulia holds a Masters degree in Human Resources Management from University of Twente, the Netherlands and from the Moscow Institute of Statistics and Information.
