Andrey Costyashkin and Gabbas Kazhimuratov




Baring Vostok is managed according to the highest international requirements and adheres to best-practice internal financial and administrative procedures. A centralized Finance and Administrative Department is responsible for the internal management of money flows, the investment process and coordination with external financial institutions on such issues as the settlement and responsible safe-keeping of securities. Andrey Costyashkin as COO and Gabbas Kazhimuratov as CFO coordinate these activities.

Alexander German and Denis Kiselev


The effective use of modern information technology is of vital importance for Baring Vostok funds and its portfolio companies. The IT department includes experienced managers Alexander German and Denis Kiselev, who have deep experience of implementing a number of IT projects at Russian and international companies, including SladKo, Coca-Cola, ABB and PepsiCo (Fritolay). They are responsible for the effective functionality and ongoing development of Baring Vostok’s information and telecommunications systems. They also provide consultation to portfolio companies as they formulate IT strategy and implement IT projects

Anatoly Karyakin


Anatoly Karyakin is a Partner and Head of Administration and Security department at Baring Vostok Capital Partners. He is responsible for security issues and provides critical support to the funds' portfolio companies by working with them to create effective security systems. He also is responsible for vetting potential projects in order to mitigate investment risks and prevent potential conflicts. He is a retired colonel in one of Russia’s special services, whose work included ensuring the security of the Russian president and other senior officials.
